IDEA! selected by IC-Brazil program

IDEA! was selected to be one of the new design houses of the IC-Brazil Program.

The Brazilian Government launched a national Program (called CI-Brasil) to support the semiconductor industry development. Today roughly 20 design centers spread around Brazil are also involved in the program. Read more...

Brazilian company sells Digital TV in NAB SHOW (Portuguese only)

Os brasileiros desembarcam nos Estados Unidos na próxima semana para tentar vender o Sistema Brasileiro de TV Digital (SBTVD), que estreou na Grande São Paulo em dezembro...

A Idea! desenvolveu dois equipamentos que serão de monstrados na NAB. Um é um transmissor no padrão europeu DVB-S2, empregado pelas emissoras para transmitir o sinal para os satélites.
Outro equipamento é um modulador ISDB-T, que envia o sinal para os conversores e televisores na casa das pessoas. Os equipamentos foram desenvolvidos em parceria com a Tecsys e o Lincs (Cetene). Read more...
